Meetings The Pioneer-Sarah Creek Watershed Management Commission meets at
4:00 p.m. on the third Thursday of
each month at Independence City Hall in Independence, MN. The agendas are
updated one week prior to each month’s meeting. The August 19, 2010 meeting will be preceded, at 3:00 p.m., by a
work session regarding the 3rd Generation Plan. Meetings
